    Nikki L. Baker
    Partner

Nikki’s primary focus has been on commercial and civil litigation; however, she has a broad litigation background, ranging from inverse condemnation to contract disputes to intellectual property disputes, and has worked on large, complex cases on behalf of some of Nevada’s largest companies. Nikki has tried and prosecuted cases in state and federal court, as well as in various alternative dispute resolutions settings. However, her strong brief writing and extensive research skills often keep her clients out of the courtroom due to her success in pre-trial motion practice.
